Polmer Silicate Render
Terrix® Render is based on innovative Swiss, patented technology converting potassium water glass into a polymer.
Polymer-silicate render offers all advantages of well know silicate renders without limitations related to the application process (silicate renders are very often used for renovation of historical/listed buildings due to its longevity). Due to its mineral characteristic and lack of surface electrostatics, the product is the most dirt resistant type of the render on the market and will never delaminate as it is adhered to a substrate by a chemical reaction.
Another important property of the render is its built-in high resistance to microbial contamination (eg. algae) as well as efflorescence. Terrix® RD-PS-S 1.5 is recommended for use in coastal areas where exposure for elements is high.
The Benefits
No peeling, delamination or cracking
Terrix® RD-PS-S render adheres to the substrate through a chemical reaction, while acrylic and silicone renders form a film on top of the substrate, which can result in peeling or cracking.
High resistance to elements

Very high resistance to dirt
The mineral-based composition of our render provides it with a unique resistance to dirt, a quality that organic-based renders, including those marketed as self-cleaning like acrylic and silicone renders, cannot replicate due to their formulation lacking surface electrostatics.
Flame retardency
Fully incombustible due to the absence of organic components and color pigments, Terrix® RD-PS-S offers extra protection against the spread of fire.
Colour retention that lasts
Our render contains built-in UV blockers that help to preserve the original appearance of the render over time, even when exposed to harsh UV rays.
Natural algae resistance
The product's increased pH level (high alkalinity) provides natural and durable protection, unlike other market products that rely on biocides for protection, which have a limited lifespan of 5-6 years.
Very low water absorption
Our render exhibits higher resistance during winter than other renders, when water freezing and expansion can lead to system failures.
Spot repairs
Our ender can be easily spot repaired without leaving visible patches - which is usually impossible to achieve with hand applied renders on the market.
Low maintenance costs
Due to prosperities of the render and application method, the cost of maintenance can be much lower compared to other products on the market.
Resistance to yellowing
Engineered with built-in UV blockers to maintain an original long lasting finish.
